Leadership is influence. Through these programs we build awareness, skill and clarity so our influence is intentional, inspirational and growth producing, for ourselves and those we lead.

Because we bring our whole selves to leadership, this work is internal as well as external. We learn about and accept ourselves and where we are in our leadership journey right now. With this acceptance, we build our leadership capability to better serve others.

Individual Leadership Development:

In this curated, individual program you are guided and coached to grow in your leadership on a weekly basis. 

The program consists of the following elements:

  • Discovery
  • Celebrations
  • Looming on the Horizon
  • The 'What Else?'
  • Assignments and goals
  • Measurements of success

 

Organizational Leadership Development:

In this curated, agency focused program, the following elements are always included:

  • 1:1 meetings with senior leadership
  • 1:1 meetings with peak performing and struggling staff members from various areas of the organization
  • The Weekly Meeting

  • Celebrations
  • Looming on the Horizon
  • The 'What Else?'
  • Assignments and goals
