Mentorship
Many outstanding leaders are called upon to mentor others in their agencies or communities. The expectation may be to transfer their knowledge and skills with ease while ensuring their new mentee is growing and inspired to become a great leader too.
Because leadership and mentorship are different, being an outstanding leader does not naturally ensure one is an outstanding mentor.
Our mentorship programs provide structure and guidance, within a framework of self discovery and fun.
